Kyle and his team are top-notch in everything from everything to keeping a clean facility to customer service. I rented from Castle Lock for 10 months and every time I had to visit my unit the facility was spotless and the staff was incredibly welcoming. We looked at all of the storage facilities in Castle Rock before deciding on Castle Lock. Their prices were the best in the area without the fear of increasing rates like the other corporate owned facilities. They are family owned so the service is exceptional! Mike always went above and beyond to help us coordinate our moves and Kyle was very patient and kind with billing. We’re sad to be leaving the Castle Rock area and can only hope we’ll find another storage facility as great! You won’t be disappointed with the cleanliness and service if you chose to go with Castle Lock storage.
